Dr Angelia Tsekas is a dedicated General Practitioner who is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based healthcare for individuals and families. She is committed to delivering personalised care across every stage of life, with a strong focus on preventative health, chronic disease management and building long-term relationships with her patients. She believes that continuity of care is fundamental to achieving better health outcomes and supporting lifelong wellbeing.
After graduating from the University of Queensland in 2014, Dr Tsekas gained more than 10 years of experience working across a wide range of Queensland hospitals. Her broad clinical background across multiple medical specialties has provided her with a strong foundation in comprehensive patient care and enables her to manage a diverse range of health concerns with confidence and empathy.
Dr Tsekas has a particular passion for preventative healthcare and enjoys partnering with patients to improve their long-term health and wellbeing. She believes that patient education plays an important role in achieving positive health outcomes and strives to empower patients to make informed decisions about their care. She is currently completing her specialist GP training through the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), continuing to build on her skills while providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
