Dr Neil De Silva is an experienced General Practitioner with more than 22 years of medical experience caring for patients across Australia, the United Kingdom and Sri Lanka. As a dedicated Family GP, he is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based healthcare for individuals and families at every stage of life. He has a strong focus on preventative health, chronic disease management and building long-term relationships that support better health outcomes.

Before commencing General Practice, Neil worked within Queensland Health in General Medicine and Mental Health, gaining valuable experience managing a broad range of medical conditions. He has also worked in Emergency Medicine in the United Kingdom and in Paediatrics and Intensive Care in Sri Lanka. For the past seven years, he has been practising as a GP in Queensland, providing comprehensive, patient-centred care tailored to each individual's needs.

Dr De Neil enjoys all aspects of general practice and is passionate about helping patients improve both their physical and mental wellbeing. He works collaboratively with patients to promote healthy lifestyles, provide health assessments, manage chronic conditions and deliver personalised care that supports lifelong wellbeing. Outside of medicine, he enjoys fitness, running and spending quality time with his family.
